ISLAMABAD, Jul 29 (APP):Chairman of Prime Minister Youth Programme Rana Mashood Ahmad Khan has welcomed the maiden visit of Commonwealth Secretary-General Patricia Scotland to the country.
He, in a news statement, lauded the role played by Patricia Scotland in the Commonwealth during the last e
ight years. “The services of the Secretary General for the youth development are instrumental,” he added.
The chairman PMYP said the visit of Patricia Scotland was a true reflection of strong ties between Pakistan and the Commonwealth.
As a member of the Commonwealth of Nations, Pakistan attached great importance to its institutions, he remarked.
